Shipping: We will determine the best shipping method depending on the items you order, most often US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If you need expedited shipping, please email or call us so we can make arrangements. Additional fees will apply.

Ordering Process: Secure online ordering is done through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to shop using a major credit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. If you choose, you may also pay using your Paypal account.

Return Policy: Your purchase is satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not happy with your purchase, or would like to exchange it for a different size, color, or quantity, please email us for an authorized return. You have 14 days from the receipt of your purchase to exchange or return. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items must be returned unused in original packaging with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping charges are not refundable.

**Please note that Honey and/or Honey Products are not returnable, but if they are damaged in transit, please notify us ASAP.
